Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Any product issues must be reported within 14 days of shipping.
- We will refund the purchase price paid less 25% restocking/discarding fee for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Please allow 14 business days for Figuerolalabs.com to receive and process your return.
- Products must have been purchased directly from Figuerolalabs.com (our website or our toll-free number 1-800-219-1147). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. For returns purchased through these channels, please contact the store directly.

How to Return
Should you decide to return a product please email our Customer Service team at hello@figuerolalabs.com with the following information:
- A copy of your order
- Order #
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Reason for return/exchange
Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Price adjustments will be honored for recently purchased items up to 14 days post purchase. Price adjustments do not apply to Auto Delivery orders.
