US Orders
We ship US orders with UPS and/or USPS depending on what's most convenient in terms of transit time, weight and price. A good rule of thumb is if you order capsules, a 1 pound or 3 pound item we'll ship that through the US Mail. If you order a 5, 10, 20, or 25 pound item we'll ship that through UPS. We may ship your order in more than 1 box with different carriers..
International Orders
We ship all international orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). It can take a few weeks for your items to arrive, but we rarely run into any issues.

Our site connects directly with the carrier to provide you with the shipping cost based on weight and size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships we'll send you an email with tracking information. If you order multiple items we sometimes ship those separately and you'll get more than one email when each item ships. A good rule of thumb is if you order a 5, 10, 20, or 25 pound item it'll be shipping in it's own box. Smaller sized items tend to ship together.
Transit Time
It takes us around 1-3 business days to process your order, pack it up and get it into the carrier's hands. From there it takes the carrier 1-5 business days to deliver the items depending on where you're at in the U.S. We're in California so the closer you are to us the quicker you'll get your items. If you're on the East Coast it'll take longer. If we're shipping internationally it takes the longest.
